Job Summary

The Supervisor of Sales Strategy & Operations is a key role within our sales organization, responsible for driving strategic initiatives, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. This position will collaborate closely with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to develop and execute strategies that maximize sales performance and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set sales targets and quotas.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Implement and maintain sales tools and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and develop solutions to streamline operations.
  • Implement best practices and standards to optimize sales workflows.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with product management to understand product offerings and incorporate into sales strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales operations professionals, assisting them in understanding and utilizing insights and KPIs to enhance execution strategies and ensure team success.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the sales operations team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and sales operations management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellentinterpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience integrating data from various sources to create a comprehensive view of the sales pipeline
  • Ability to define relevant KPIs for measuring sales performance and tracking progress
  • Experience gathering reporting requirements from stakeholders and collaborating with technical partners to deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Insights, etc.),CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
