Director, Production Print Sales

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Production Print Sales!

The Director, Production Print Sales is responsible for working with a team of sales professionals and helping them to achieve their individual & team goals (color and network) throughout the division. This position requires constant interface with internal and external customers in order to lead a successful operation, including sales staff, sales management, pre & post sales professionals, marketing executives, as well as suppliers and vendors.

• Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops and guides a team of 10 sales & pre-sales professionals to efficiently leverage the value of every communication for maximum customer satisfaction. Hire, coach, mentor, and train all team members.
• Develop and grow sales and/or production print technical sales support process.
• Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in network production print products, solutions and printing technology.
• Assists other region personnel with questions related to production print solutions, hardware, and software.
• Work with Sr. Director and Vice President to ensure successful product launches.
• Assist in strategic account development.
• Support recruiting effort in assigned area of responsibility.

• 5-10 years of experience in production print.
• 2+ years of team management experience including recruiting, mentoring, and coaching
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated success in production print sales.
• Outstanding oral & written communication, presentation, and negotiating skills.
