Job Summary

The Carrier Account Manager will know all aspects of Optimum Carrier's product suite including all features and functionality, and pricing. Provides feedback to AE's and Director regarding customer satisfaction, dissatisfaction, future customer needs and reactions to current offers as well as competitive situations. The CAM will focus on writing new customer orders into Salesforce, along with processing customer disconnects and move orders. They will learn our clients pricing proposal process and collaborate with AE's to respond in a timely manner. Other functionalities will be collaborating with Service Delivery, Order Processing, Sales Engineering and Billing.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales performance goals and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Supporting Account Executives with Order Entry
  • Processing customers disconnect requests
  • RFP desktop estimates and quoting
  • Assist AE's with contracts when needed
  • Entering quotes in Salesforce in order to get engineering feedback when applicable
  • Understand all aspects of Optimum Carrier's product suite including all features and functionality, and pricing. Provides feedback to AE's and Director regarding customer satisfaction, dissatisfaction, future customer needs and reactions to current offers as well as competitive situations.
  • Composes proposals as required
  • Prioritizes workflow to meet goals and deadlines,
  • Responsible for ongoing tracking and maintenance of sales activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Provides regular updates and adjustments to management as needed.
  • Collaborate with AE's, Director, Service Delivery, Order Processing, Sales Engineering and Billing.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Telecommunications
  • Demonstrated ability to have met and exceeded revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate through Salesforce
  • Highly adept at engaging and qualifying customers with our suite of Carrier services
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills and the ability to interpret and utilize research to develop and support solution-based programs for customers.
  • Ability to research, prepare and deliver client proposals and presentations for Account Executives when required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experienced computer skills to include the full MS office suite
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com
