Sr Product Manager - Mental Health (REMOTE)

Overview

The Product Mgr. IV Technology role will help lead the expansion and adoption of our genetic tests. This role will drive innovative initiatives, and the ideal candidate will have a track record of building strong relationships with partners and customers, and who has demonstrated success influencing large cross-functional teams.

Responsibility
Strategically lead the Mental Health product portfolio.
Develop compelling and thorough business cases that articulate a vision and are backed by solid projections of market demand and costs.
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization to define market requirements.
Holistic approach to product management, which includes, but not limited to; engaging with commercial, marketing, payer market, R&D, and finance.
Be a strategic partner to the business and help drive P&L excellence (revenue through OM).
Create and own the strategic roadmap for the portfolio and drive the right balance of innovation with execution.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
Continually validate products with internal and external customer feedback and against business metrics.
Partner with marketing, sales, and client services teams to define commercial rollouts.

Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of Product Management experience with proven success shipping multiple technology products across releases.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Direct management experience preferred.
Track record of understanding customer needs and delivering solutions to address those needs.
Experience developing and presenting business cases and multi-phase product roadmaps.
Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven approach to decision making.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the PGx / Mental Health space in a leadership capacity.
Track-record of managing multiple projects with flawless execution.
Attention to detail.
Proficient in Agile development.
Knowledge of the healthcare space preferred.
