App/Cloud Support Manager (Accenture LLP; Raleigh, NC): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of App/Cloud Support Manager in Raleigh, NC, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Provide uninterrupted support across all domains and platforms and seamless application stability.
  • Implement, integrate, and manage end-to-end applications, maintain all environments within the SDLC Life Cycle, and ensure successful deployment of released applications.
  • Work independently with business and IT teams and provide outstanding user support on Openshift platform and related business processes.
  • Develop the complex design solutions and configurations, updates, and fixes to meet the application functional requirements and company security standards.
  • Implement Openshift application on Cloud Platform to facilitate the Microservices Deployment. Configure the Jenkins Pipeline automated deployment through the Build phase and implement Jenkins Pipeline for AEM content deployment.
  • Serve as backup Scrum master to existing teams to achieve deliverables.
  • Optimize applications by enhancing the security standards and implementing the new logging technologies and monitoring in place.
  • Modernize and automate manual work with Ansible to reduce the manual intervention and errors by creating playbooks.
  • Analyze data with checks on regular basis to predict the failure and implement solutions.
  • Fix the Security Vulnerabilities on the application and server platforms.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.


Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Cloud administration and management of AWS;
  • Administrating and managing legacy On-premises Infrastructure technologies;
  • Managing Cloud Migration projects;
  • Working with cloud CRM solutions including Salesforce;
  • Working with Application development, Maintenance, build and release management;
  • Working with Application operations delivery with Onshore offshore model;
  • Utilizing AWS services including EC2 and Data visualization tools including Tableau and Business object;
  • Utilizing DevOps and Agile methodology;
  • Leading a team and conducting technical discussions; and
  • Driving key architectural and design decisions.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
