Location: Mclean - VA Job Description:

• Candidate should have 8+ years of strong SFDC hands-on development experience and expertise in designing, developing and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM. Work with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders in gathering requirements and driving the team to implement the technical solutions
• Must have experience in LWC and Financial Service Cloud, FSC certification is preferred.
• Develop high-level design for business requirements and should be able to come up with prototypes and demonstrate solution design
• Should have experience with source control and release management tools such as GitHub, Copado
• Must have experience in Experience Cloud + CSS/HTML + APIs + Customization
• Preferred to have skills in Einstein.
• Proactive and having solution providing mindset.
• Stakeholder Management skills.
• Strong hands-on experience in writing Apex programming, LWC, Lightning component, Apex, Flows, Security, Sales Cloud, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based applications and on-premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs
• Good Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge in Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
• Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred skills:

Certifications in PD1/PD2, App Developer, Sales/Service Cloud consultant .
