This role is with the Cognizant Integration and Process Management Practice within Enterprise Platform Services Team (IPM-EPS). Cognizant's IPM practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. IPM has strategic alliances with "best of bread" platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration, Hybrid Integration Platforms, B2B Platforms, DPA and Low Code Platforms, and Cloud Integration.

Job Description: As a Lead/ Architect, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing, and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the overall development strategy. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior developers. While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Required Qualifications

* Hands on Development and Support experience in webMethods Product Suit - B2B, EDI, A2A & API Management

* Coordination with Multiple Stake Holder, b2B Partner, Offshore teams for smooth engagement.

* Understanding of technical designs Creation of high-level design (HLD) and low-level technical design (TDD)

* Developing operational documentation supporting integrations.

* Knowledge and experience in wM Upgrade Project

* Debugging & Defect fix experience in webMethods Product Suit - A2A, B2B and API Management

* Incident Management, RCA, Change Management, Ticket Handling and SLA's

* Installation setup and configuration of wM environment.

* Administration, Monitoring, Maintenance of the wM Products.

* Coordinate with leads / business to understand the interface requirements.

* Experience in Testing - Unit Testing, SIT & UAT

* Experience in code deployments and participation in GO LIVE planning activities.

* Good Knowledge of various integration patterns

* Good knowledge of different message formats XML, JSON, CSV, TDS

* Good knowledge of various communication protocols HTTP, JMS, TCP etc.

* Has knowledge of DevOps/CICD concepts

* Support/ Hands on experience in Adapter (JDBC, MQ, SAP)

* Support/hands on experience on ESB, EDI, EAI, MFT, API Gateway and B2B

* Support/ Hands on experience in webMethods Broker/UM publish/subscribe and request/response.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $52,000 to $121,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
