** This role has a hybrid work schedule! 3-4 days in office, 1-2 from home! **

JOB PURPOSE:

The Inside Sales Manager helps Midco reach their revenue goals by leading the sales team and helping the team members reach their sales goals. They will create and execute successful sales strategies designed to promote conversion of both incremental and new sales opportunities across product lines.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead, develop, and manage a sales team capable of carrying out the essential elements of Midco's strategy, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Execute successful strategies for residential sales that leverage both incremental and new sales opportunities.
  • Set goals and monitor team member performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and provide guidance to ensure maximum effectiveness and continued growth.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports and provide analysis as needed.
  • Provide timely performance feedback and coaching according to company policy in monthly one-on-one meetings, quarterly and/or annual reviews, and when necessary, address disciplinary and/or performance problems.
  • Follow and serve as a role model in displaying Midco's Core Values and Leadership Success Drivers.
  • Adhere to Midco's privacy guidelines to ensure each customer's privacy.
  • Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.
  • Maintain regular attendance to be available for your team and as required by your position.
  • Be available to provide assistance to team members outside of normal business hours as necessary

  • Effectively communicate with other departments to handle escalating issues in a timely manner.

  • Identify root causes of problems and implement solutions while keeping a holistic and long-term perspective in mind.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management preferred.
  • Minimum of three years sales or customer retention experience required.
  • Minimum of one-year supervisory experience preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
  • Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
