Open Systems Technologies Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Motor Vehicle Operator to support the intelligence community at McLean, VA. As a Motor Vehicle Operator, you will be responsible for operating various motor vehicles, including buses and other passenger vehicles, to transport personnel and equipment within the intelligence community. Responsibilities: Safely operate motor vehicles, including buses and passenger vehicles, to transport personnel and equipment within the intelligence community. Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety guidelines while operating vehicles. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and report any maintenance or repair needs. Load and unload equipment and supplies as required. Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities. Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely transportation of personnel and equipment. Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate transportation logistics. Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements: Clearance: TS/SCI w FS Poly Valid Class B driver's license with passenger and airbrake endorsements. Experience as a motor vehicle operator, preferably in a similar role within the intelligence community or a related field. Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents. Strong knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures. Ability to operate various motor vehicles, including buses and passenger vehicles, in a safe and efficient manner. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
