Trigyn has an immediate opening for Lead Application Developer / Manager in Syracuse, NY. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. The particulars of the opportunity are below: Description: This is a critical role for the IT organization as it provides management and technical strategy for the Employee Benefits business as it transitions to a new claims solution. This includes leading the implementation of a SAAS platform, building out API and batch interfaces between the platform and client's system and converting off and sunsetting existing claims platforms. The candidate will have extensive experience with vendor management and will collaborate with the business stakeholders and application development teams. They will be forward thinkers investigating the latest trends in Employee Benefits claims processing utilizing AI and helping develop and drive the strategy of the business. Minimum Qualifications: • Proven history as a technical team leader with the ability to guide a vendor to ensure the timely delivery of code changes. • 8+ years of experience in application development as a lead or manager • Experience working with and providing oversight of vendor solutions. • Strong communication skills and able to discuss requirements, strategy and priority of critical deliverable with the business and key stakeholders. • Ability to take business requirements and make correlation between overall strategy/roadmap and lower-level development effort. • Ability to work in an agile environment and quickly adjust to changes Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with disability claims processing • Experience with Fineos and Majesco Claims Vantage platforms • Experience implementing large project • Experience with vendor management • Working knowledge and Microservice architecture and RESTful API services • Working knowledge of cloud system (Azure, AWS, etc.) TRIGYN IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER About Trigyn: Trigyn is an IT Services Company that has been in business for 30 years with more than 1,500 resources deployed today.
