Responsibilities:

 

  • *Manage calendars, including coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
  • *Manage company data base
  • *Manage filing, scanning and organizing electronic files
  • *Provide ad hoc support to team members and office staff as needed

 

Requirements:

 

  • *Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • *Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook Calendar)
  • *Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
  • *Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • *Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • *Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • *Knowledge of DocuSign software is a plus!

Required qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • 16 years or older
