Encapsulator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Responsible for properly setting up and calibrating encapsulator machine and semi-automatic encapsulator.
• Assist with other machine operations, including: 8-Head Filler, Soft Gel Machine, Pumps, Balances Blenders, etc.
• Breakdown and disassemble machine parts for cleaning and product changes, re-assembles machine for product changes or shift changes.
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products and make minor adjustments. Notify maintenance of delays or malfunctions.

Encapsulator Qualifications:

• 1-3 years working as an encapsulator operator in dietary supplement manufacturing environment
• 1-3 years’ experience working in a cGMP manufacturing facility
• Ability to perform basic math functions to include ratios and decimals
• Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency •Can execute excellent time management and organizational skills
• Prolonged periods standing, stooping, and walking
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Required PPE when in manufacturing facility: facemask, hair net, gloves, foot covers, etc.
