We are currently seeking a professional and outgoing Supervisor to join our Document Imaging Team on 2nd shift!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

An as integral part of our team, the Document Imaging Supervisor will lead and coordinate the 2nd shift Full-Time and Temporary staff. You'll oversee all departmental tasks, ensuring they are completed within designated client requirements and standards. Additional responsibilities include:

• Work closely with management to prioritize workflows and optimize employee assignments to maximize productivity.
• Take responsibility for the performance of subordinates and provide frequent feedback to improve their performance, job satisfaction, and morale.
• Address personnel issues promptly and professionally, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
• Implement imaging projects, manage resources effectively, and monitor progress of the team.
• Maintain working knowledge of machines, equipment, and software necessary for smooth operations.

LOCATION + SCHEDULE

• On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office
• 2nd Shift, Full Time regular position
• Monday - Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM

PAY + BENEFITS:

• Annual Salary: $45k - $50k, commensurate with experience
  • 2nd shift is also eligible for additional shift differential pay!

Requirements:

The successful candidate is self-motivated, can work in an unsupervised capacity, and can handle frequently changing priorities in an office production environment.

• Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience as a supervisor;
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and issue warnings to employees
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
