Principal Accountabilities 

• Must be able to rotate and perform all positions: Pepperoni Line Operator, Gravy Operator, Brine Operator, Spice Room, Mixer Operator, Jack Driver.  Set up machines, weigh, grinding, mixing, scales and drive a jack. Set up and tear down equipment

• Ability to operate the IPFS system

• Work on the production line as needed

• Cross-trained within department as needed

• Responsible for completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous duties

• Also requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weights from scales

• Ability to read and comprehend meat inventories and formulas for product

• Ability to read specs

• Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity

• Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills

• Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone

Required Qualifications 

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

• Must be 18 years or older

• Able to lift 50lbs 

• Ability to work flexible hours and or shifts

• Must have good basic math and reading skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous production/farm experience

• Previous Cargill experience

• Work history in the past 12 months
