Outside Sales Representative

This position is an opportunity to run and build your own book of business. We offer you the opportunity to make 4x what the average franchise owner makes, with zero financial commitment or employee management. This position is for a driven, sales professional that seeks an opportunity to make over six figures within the first year.

Sales Representatives Responsibilities:

• Work assigned market area to generate new business and close deals

• Meet or exceed KPI’s set by your area manager

• Represent the companies quality, benefits and integrity to homeowners

• Attend sales appointments on time and demonstrate the value of using RoofClaim to prospective clients

• Identify pain points and communicate the company's ability to solve homeowners roofing problems.

• Be an excellent communicator that understands how to overcome objections

• Use our industry leading technology to keep client files up to date and accurate

• Provide top quality customer service to your clients that generates referral business

• Ability to climb on and inspect roofs

• Effectively manage your daily schedule - this position is not for people who want to be micromanaged.

• Generate and collect revenue

Requirements:

• Basic computer and internet skills

• Ability to use a smartphone

• Ability to lift 55 pounds

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Ability to climb on and inspect roofs

• Must be able to pass an extensive background check, and MVR

• High School Degree or equivalent

• Monday - Friday with Weekends optional
