Job Description
As a key member of the Stay on the Water team, your primary focus parts and warranty management.
Most of your efforts will be directed to the teams, with a small amount of time dedicated to retail customers. Redline has served the community for over 25 years and has an established clientele. We value our team members and have a culture of service, lead by servant leaders.
Your compensation is a mix between base hourly wage and weekly performance. In addition, we have a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, accident, life and matching retirement.
Parts & Warranty Admin
Job Responsibilities, Parts Management:
Have available parts for the daily work in the shop.
Prompt sourcing and ordering of non-stocking parts.
Proper stocking of fast moving and common parts
Maintaining acceptable profit margins
Job Responsibilities, Warranty Management:
Clear messaging with the vendors during the pre-approval process
Prompt communication with the team during the process.
Understanding and executing the unique process in the POS and DSS system
Accurate documentation in the DSS
All claims filed within 5 days of completion of work.

Redline Watersports has been serving the active watersports community south and central Wisconsin since 1999.

Get on the Water- They help boaters buy the best boat what they need on the lake. We're authorized dealer for Mastercraft Boats and Avalon Pontoons
Play on the Water- They help with gear, coaching, camps and fun toys in our extensive pro shop
Stay on the Water-They do everything to make sure the boat starts, runs and performs at it's best during the season
The watersports community is a fun group to work with and we're fortunate to be involved in the play side of peoples lives. The pressure to perform is still there, and when we do, great memories happen and customers return year after year.
