We are looking for a new employee to join our afternoon-evening shift.

The hours are 1:30 pm-8:30 pm or 3:30 pm-8:30 pm. Mon-Thurs. Fridays from 1:30-6:30 pm with occasional Saturday Shifts from 8:30-5:30 pm

Position: Recovery Journey Guide

About Us: At RxR3 Recovery Lounge, we believe that everyone deserves a sanctuary for relaxation, rejuvenation, and recovery. Our lounge offers a unique blend of cutting-edge recovery therapies, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF and more, designed to help our clients optimize their physical and mental well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all lounge guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience.
• Educate clients on our range of recovery therapies and assist them in selecting the best options for their needs.
• Conduct intake assessments and tailor recovery plans based on individual goals and preferences.
• Perform cryotherapy, PEMF therapy, and other recovery treatments with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the recovery lounge, including equipment sanitization and restocking supplies.
• Promote special offers, packages, and membership programs to encourage client engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for enhancing the lounge experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for wellness and commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and therapies.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness industry preferred but not required.
• Certification or training in massage therapy, personal training, or related field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 Training Wage $18.00 per hour after Training is complete

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
