Responsibilities and Duties of an International Cook:

LSG Sky Chefs is looking for an International Cook who is motivated, career-oriented culinary professional with the experience and desire to learn.

• Cooking and prepping all aspects of food production in multiple airlines menus.
• Direct compliance with quality, sanitation and cleanliness.
• Organizing and maintaining FIFO with all products in the kitchen including raw meats and readymade food.
• Overseeing portion size, evaluating and improving productivity, controlling expenses.
• Ensure satisfaction by providing high quality meals and service.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years cooking skills in the kitchen.
• Ability to work in a cold environment weekly.
• Strong sanitation skills, HACCP knowledge.
• Strong adherence to production and recipe standards.
• On time, alert, and properly uniformed when scheduled to be at work.
• Careful and conscientious in the performance of duties.
• Interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly with customer, management, and fellow employees.
• Experience in a high volume kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Good attendance and performance records.
• Ability to handle high-pressure decision making and time constraints.
