Industrial Painters

RPM Staffing is seeking experienced Industrial Painters in Durant, Oklahoma. 1st and 2nd shift available.

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces in an industrial setting. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

Duites include:

• Paint preassembled and assembled parts but using spray guns and a brush as needed. Quality check painter parts and complete touch ups before products are shipped. Previous experience in an industrial environment using paint equipment is required
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Mix paint and coatings to achieve desired colors and consistencies
• Apply paint and coatings using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
• Ensure even coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment
• Maintain painting equipment and tools
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as materials handling or assembly

Previous experience is required.
