Job Description
Overview: As a Fulfillment Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient daily operations in our 24/7 Kiosk locations. Your responsibilities encompass scanning finished garment orders onto conveyors and placing appropriate orders into lockers, maintaining the store lobby's appearance, and collaborating with Central Services team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scan finished garment orders: Execute twice-daily scans of finished garment orders onto conveyors and into lockers at various store locations. This upholds precise inventory management and makes customer orders ready for pickup.
2. Replenish garment bags: Ensure the availability of garment drop bags in the store lobby during each visit, contributing to a smooth customer experience.
3. Maintain lobby appearance: Perform regular upkeep of the lobby area to ensure a positive and clean environment for customers.
4. Coordinate with team members: Collaborate with Central Services team to address specific needs or concerns, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience: Preferred experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory management but willing to train.
2. Attention to detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in scanning and data entry tasks.
3. Time management: Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
4. Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both customers and other team members.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to travel between store locations as required for the role.
Compensation: This position offers competitive hourly pay, including travel time between store locations.
