Our company is currently seeking an Office Manager - Bookkeeper to join our team! This is a great opportunity to join a busy and growing business with a vibrant team and engaging company culture. Our current Office Manager - Bookkeeper will onboard and train prior to their retirement.
This position is a critical position for our company and we seek someone who is highly skilled, embraces challenges and is interested in contributing to the success of the company and furthering a collaborative, team-based work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for all office functions including bank records and reconciliation, customer invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Oversight of other team members, as necessary, to achieve these responsibilities.
- Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit
- Contact vendors to resolve invoice/statement issues
- Work with internal departments to ensure all paperwork is accurate
- Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
- Manage the general ledger system
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Manage the payoff of whole goods that are on floor plan
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years professional experience as a Office Manager and Bookkeeper
- Must be proficient in Microsoft excel
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work under pressure
