Baldi Management Group is currently looking for Shift Leaders to support the operations at our Auntie Annes franchise location at the Dulles International Airport in Dulles (Loudoun County), Virginia.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the success of the company through assisting in the daily operations of the restaurant, in the absence of the General Manager and/or Assistant Manager, while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.

Here are the job qualifications we are looking for:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills, extensive experience managing a team
- Creative problem-solving skills
- A drive to succeed, highly motivated
- Ability to meet deadlines and ensure financial goals are achieved
- 2 or more years of experience in managing teams in a restaurant environment, required
- Supervise daily shifts to ensure all duties and tasks are being performed efficiently and effectively
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist and/or create shift schedules for team members
- Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive experience for team members and guests
- Manage both FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to ensure daily labor controls and costs assigned by management are achieved
- Assist in the ongoing training of team members, including new hires as well as existing staff to ensure execution of company procedures and processes
- Opens and closes the restaurant in the absence of General Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
