Job Description
Paralegal
This position open 3/25/24. This is an established firm, 20 plus years in business, with a stellar reputation. They need to hire a talented new associate who has paralegal and administrative skills. The firm focuses its practice mainly on business and corporate law. Responsibilities will include all facets of trust and probate administration, including meeting with clients, trustees and family members; communicating with beneficiaries; drafting correspondence and legal documents; asset with spreadsheets and preparing federal estate tax returns and gift tax returns; reviewing bank statements; notarizing documents; and organizing and maintaining client files. The ideal candidate is extremely empathetic and capable of offering the highest level of service to our clientele. They need someone who has five years legal / paralegal experience and solid computer skills. Benefits include health insurance, annual merit-based bonuses as well as annual employer contributions to a retirement plan.
