Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive data quality assurance strategies, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain robust data pipelines, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Lead a team of skilled data QA professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Perform in-depth data validation and testing, identifying anomalies, and troubleshooting data-related issues proactively.
• Conduct regular audits of data streams and aggregated datasets to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies related to data quality management and recommend suitable solutions for the organization.
• Work closely with Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and refine data quality processes.
• Collaborate with the ELT team to define and enforce data quality metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data QA Manager or similar role in a data-intensive environment.
• Strong expertise in designing and managing data pipelines and aggregation at scale.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data validation and quality checks.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, enabling you to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.
