-Cultivate and maintain new client accounts
-Develop relationships with customers to grow revenue and hit KPIs
-Take action on sales leads to continue building out a healthy book of business
-Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, helping to resolve account issues as they arise
What you need to succeed:
-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the shipping/logistics industry
-Proven sales experience with the ability to bring in new accounts as well as manage existing accounts
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Previous experience building and maintaining healthy sales pipeline
