Job Description
We are looking to hire an Office Receptionist to join our team!
We are a family owned and operated business. We currently have 13 awesome repair technicians and we offer home and business repairs throughout Utah and Salt Lake County.
We are looking for an on site office receptionist to work at our Orem base office 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
--Answer all incoming calls
--Data entry for job billing purposes
--Scheduling and dispatching technicians
Qualifications:
--Ability to independently manage time and problem solve without close supervision
--Accounting experience or service dispatch experience a plus but not required
--Must be able to independently set priorities, plan and organize office work
--Demonstrate proficiency with computers
--Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--Positive attitude, quick learner
--Able to receive constructive feedback on perfermornace
--Ability to multi-task
