Primary Function

 

As the Human Resource Director at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, you will play a pivotal role at the company by managing the daily functions of our HR department and developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's people objectives. Your responsibilities will span across the HR spectrum including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and policy development. By fostering an inclusive work environment, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization, embodying our core values of creativity, teamwork, diversity, and excellence.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Partner with the senior leadership team on all people related matters, providing thought leadership and coaching, and ensuring people practices support and are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR Standard Operating Procedures and Practices
  • Establish and champion employee engagement programs including an employee recognition framework and other programs to enhance job satisfaction, career growth, and retention.
  • Manage the onboarding process and company-wide training initiatives including leadership and manager training.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices and staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Drive performance management initiatives, providing guidance to managers on goal setting, performance evaluation, succession planning, and career development.
  • Lead the full cycle of talent acquisition, partnering with departmental managers to identify talent needs, oversee the recruiting, screening and interview process and ensuring an equitable process that results in strategic hiring decisions.
  • Nurture positive employee relations, fostering a supportive and engaging work culture, and addressing employee concerns and conflicts as required.
  • Ensure people practices are in compliance with current federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Inform leadership and managers about industry best practices, emerging trends, and legal changes in HR, talent management, and employment law.
  • Lead and participate in employee HR matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices and alignment with best practices and regulations.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree, SHRM certification or equivalency.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
  • Ten (10) years of broad and progressive HR experience.
  • Proven track record in designing, developing and implementing talent management programs, including performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
