As a Medical Supply Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing new business within assigned territory. You will be calling on Urology practices within your territory including Complex Rehab Centers, Spina Bifida Centers, Hospital/Hospital Systems, and Urological Specialists/Centers selling items in our Medical Supply Division - Catheters, and Incontinence care Products.

• Prospect new leads and reach out to educate them on our DME services

• Develop relationships with the decision makers of clinical accounts

• Make product recommendations to the client that best suite their needs

• Build lasting relationships with Accounts that include Nursing staff, management, Doctors, PAs, and door office staff. Every relationship in accounts matter.

Who we are looking for?!?

To be successful as Medical Sales representative with us you'll need to have the ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients through cold calling, referrals, regular follow-up, and other creative techniques. You are someone who enjoys a challenge and is able to juggle several responsibilities at once - time management in this role is vital. You will need to be very personable, likable, and compassionate to both patients, and medical staff. Additionally, you'll need to be highly self-motivated as you'll work independently and receive minimal supervision throughout the day.

• Sales Experience highly preferred or any medical experience within an outside/inside sales role or in the medical field.

• Must be comfortable cold calling on accts. Must have a hunters mentality. This is a very competitive market and a very expensive industry to be in.
