Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient scheduling and appointments

- Ensure seamless patient check-in/check-out experiences

- Coordinate patient care, including liaising with other medical professionals

- Oversee patient records and data management

- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and inquiries

- Assist with the execution and management of patient cases
