As an Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, coach-able, and eager to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry. You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop the skills needed to excel in insurance sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contact Company-generated leads
  • Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements.

  • Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and changes in regulations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

  • Coach-able and willing to learn from experienced team members.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
