The Opportunity:

As a Survey Crew Chief, you will step into a key role where your experience and expertise will shine. You'll be at the forefront of technical data collection, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supervising field staff. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting section subdivision surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, construction layout and staking, and as-built surveys.

• Acting as a field technical manager on certain projects, overseeing them from initialization through final construction.

• Providing detailed record-keeping and field notes for accurate documentation.

• Fostering positive client and public relations during field encounters.

Your Impact:

• Conduct surveys with precision and attention to detail, contributing to the success of each project.

• Act as a field technical manager, overseeing projects from the initial phase through final construction.

• Foster positive client and public relations, representing our commitment to professionalism.

• Ensure safety practices are adhered to during field operations.

• Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Who You Are:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of field experience in surveying.

• Your ability to multitask and prioritize is second to none.

• Whether working independently or with a crew, you excel in diverse team environments.

• Strong communication skills allow you to interact effectively with various staff levels and personality types.

• Proficiency in Trimble Business Center, Microsoft Office, and some AutoCAD experience is advantageous.

• You possess and maintain a valid Minnesota driver's license.
