Kitchen and Bath Designer /Sales

Position Summary: Join the FSC team as a kitchen and bath designer/super star sales consultant, playing a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life. Utilizing the 2020 Design software, you will be working closely with clients to conceptualize, design, and create stunning kitchen and bath spaces.

Design Excellence:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design aspirations and functional requirements for kitchen and bath spaces.
• Utilize 2020 Design software to create detailed and visually captivating designs that blend aesthetics and functionality.
• Create proposals using our estimator software.

Client Engagement:

• Attend to walk-in clients as needed.
• Take accurate measurements and specifications at locations to use in designs.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are informed and engaged throughout the design process.

POTENTIAL Project Coordination:

• Work closely with the Project Schedule Coordinator, manager, and other team members to ensure design concepts are effectively integrated into the overall project plan.
• Provide accurate measurements and specifications for each design's required materials, finishes, and fixtures.

Stay Current:

• Keep up with industry trends and kitchen and bath design innovations to bring fresh ideas and concepts to our projects.

Requirements

• Education: A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be proficient with 20/20 design software to be considered for this position.
• Must have a proven track record in sales to be considered.
• Experience: Building upon 2+ years’ experience in kitchen and bath design or interior design is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying design concepts effectively to clients and the team. Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.
• Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to measurements, specifications, and design execution is essential.
• Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with clients, managers, and teams to bring designs to life.
• Attitude: Embrace a culture of integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive "can-do" spirit that drives positive outcomes.
• Portfolio: Please provide a portfolio showcasing your design projects, particularly those created using 2020 Design software.
