Overview

We are seeking to add a Corporate Recruiter to our Talent Acquisition team in North Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the full recruiting life cycle for all open positions both internally and externally
• Identify highly qualified candidates to fill positions
• Creatively source active and passive, high-quality talent; develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, including direct sourcing and internet recruitment, leveraging industry networks; continue to build a talent pipeline
• Negotiate and close talent with offers and starts
• Assist with virtual job fairs, virtual indeed, linked-in, dice campaigns, job campaigns
• Document and report in STi's applicant tracking system
• Become a credible and trusted talent advisor to hiring managers
• Pre-screen candidates thoroughly prior to submission
• Assist in responding to proposals by identifying suitable profiles and build pipeline of vetted resources

Qualifications

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong experience in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc)
• Team player who is driven to exceed goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to fully recruit once a job description is received with minimal supervision and direction
