Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead our company! You will help develop and execute the company's strategy and direction.

Johnston Services is a local, growing construction company and we are currently looking for someone with at least 4 to 5 years accounting or finance experience, preferred in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounting and financials for the company
• prepare documents for yearly taxes
• Set the company's strategy and direction
• Create and build the company's culture
• Oversee and drive team to achieve mutually agreed goals
• Discuss company financials and roadmap with potential investors
• long hours sometimes required, some weekends
• other duties as assigned
