Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and smooth operation of all aspects of Prysm. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining safety and security protocols, and optimizing operational procedures to enhance profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including bartenders, servers, security personnel, and maintenance staff.
• Schedule shifts and allocate resources effectively to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline workflow and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies, equipment, and beverages to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Optimize resource utilization to control operational costs and maximize profitability.
• Enforce all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of customers, staff, and property.
• Coordinate with security personnel to prevent and manage any incidents or disturbances effectively.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the nightclub venue, including the bar area, dance floor, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for customers.
• Collaborate with event planners and promoters to organize and execute special events, parties, and performances.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of operational and financial principles.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for scheduling, inventory management, and customer relations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
