As an Insurance Sales Professional, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our local Allstate agency by forging connections with new prospects and fostering enduring relationships within the community. Utilizing your expertise in insurance and sales, you'll empower customers with a deeper understanding of insurance value while providing them with trusted advice for their long-term security.

**Responsibilities:**
- Exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and effective cross-selling strategies
- Identify and qualify sales leads from diverse channels
- Offer comprehensive protection with Allstate products tailored to customers' specific needs
- Engage with and serve the local community, aiding them in preparing for life's uncertainties
- Educate potential clients on safeguarding their loved ones and assets
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience at every interaction

**Job Qualifications:**
- Passion for a sales-oriented career (prior sales experience preferred)
- No prior insurance experience necessary
- Willingness to obtain required Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses upon hire (existing licenses a plus)
- Self-assured and driven individual with a knack for independent work
- Proficient in multitasking, follow-through, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
