Front Desk Recetionist

Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Valid/Current Driver's License
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
- Check-in and out patients; ensuring patient's dignity and well-being are maintained
- Schedule appointments with patients and their family members
- Collection of patient information/documents as well as payments
- Coordinate with other staff members to provide accurate treatment plans/financial arrangements
- Document all activities in a timely manner in accordance with specific policies and procedures of Hagerstown Smiles Dental Care.
