Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Granite Transformations. You'll be responsible for in-home sales consultations and commercial sales outreach. Your primary goal will be to showcase our premium products, understand customer needs, and drive sales through personalized solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conducted on-site consultations, showcased our product lines, and provided tailored recommendations to small business owners and facility managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, including architects, designers, and contractors, to drive sales in the commercial sector.
• Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Collaborate with our design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to position Granite Transformations in the market effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, with experience in both in-home and commercial settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and projects effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results.
• Knowledge of the remodeling or construction industry is a plus but optional.
