Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Prior experience in accounts payable is a must
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
