Job Description
We are looking for a happy, energetic, and experienced server/bartender to join our team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails set by restaurant cocktail
program
- Process payment from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preference
- Able to greet and seat guests.
- Handle reservations and seating
- Able to take orders and take payments on POS
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
- Package food items for takeout, delivery, and to-go orders
- Uphold food safety principles
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
- Assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins
- Handle various impromptu requests from customers and other FOH activities
- Other FOH activities like setup, cleaning, and close
