Kelly Services is partnering with a premier resale company in Keene, NH seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant / Travel Coordinator to join the team.

Sr. Administrative Assistant / Assistant Program Manager and Travel Coordinator
Hours: M-F 8a -5p
Duration 3+ month contract – potential for extension or hire in to another department
Location: Keene, BH
Pay: $25-30/hr.
- This role can be hybrid.
- Will answer calls and emails, put out fires and prioritize whose needs get met first
- Will be able to go to another employee with questions once trained.
- Fill in day to day with vendors and internal customers
- Book meetings
- Figure our travel
- Respond to field employees that may have gotten in a car accident – deal with them and the insurance company
- Possibly set up new leases
- Admin support, help desk type of role.
- On the spot response to internal customers
- Monitor email requests, answer calls that come through ring central
- Coordinate meeting rooms
- Coordinate Hotels
- Company have a national footprint so will deal with people all over the county
- Handle the same duties for the sister company and this person will support their travel program also – answering questions.
- The Admin Assistants actually book the travel but this person will assist once the employees are travel if they need to book rooms for meetings etc.
