We are seeking an Investment Sales Supervisor to join our Investments team. Candidates may be located in any state where we employ staff, although the greater Columbus, Ohio, or Jacksonville, Florida, area is preferred. This position is primarily a work-from-home opportunity.

The Investment Sales Executive is responsible for developing and expanding relationships with credit unions (B2B) and generating fee income by selling investment products and services. Strong working knowledge of Fixed Income and Money Market products is essential. This position will be responsible for calling on prospective and existing credit unions, determining the credit union’s investment needs, and recommending/selling the appropriate product or service that fulfills the need. Also, this position is responsible for following up on leads for cross-selling investment products and services. This position does require regional and national travel approximately 30% of the time. We are looking for someone that understands fixed income and money market instruments, has series 7 and 63 licenses, and loves to build relationships. This position also manages two part-time staff members.

This position is compensated with a base salary plus incentives equal to approximately $100,000 to $130,000 annually based on performance. The base salary equates to approximately 40% to 50% of the total compensation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in business and/or investments
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Principal license (Series 24) required to supervise staff
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required
  • Knowledge of all types of fixed-income and money market instruments
  • Experience with business-to-business sales
  • Strong relationship-building skills, influential communication, negotiation, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal direction
  • Knowledge of financial investment portfolios preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
