Position Type: Part - Time (Under 30 hours / week as needed)

Hourly Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00 / hour

Schedule & Shift: 5:00AM - 11:00AM Shifts

Saturdays & Sundays

Potential for extra shifts as needed.

Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean, and provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Reports to Food Service Supervisor or General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.
  • Prep food, cook, and serve guests as necessary.
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.
  • Must have good communication skills and be able to initiate and engage in conversation with guests
  • Must be organized with good attention to detail
  • Must be able to visually inspect the area, compare observations to standards, and correct deficiencies
  • Be able to obtain any locally required certifications if necessary
  • Must be flexible in hours and days worked, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance

Prerequisites

Physical mobility and stamina required, Ability to follow instruction, Detail-oriented, Professional attitude is required, Ability to work independently.

Experience: Previous hotel-related or food service/handling experience desired
