Health Coach

Delaware Weight Loss has been the fastest growing weight loss program in the tri-state area!

We are now expanding throughout the Delaware market and looking for health coaches to work with patients to help them achieve their personal weight loss goals.

The health coach will help communicate the program to prospects, instruct them on the program, and assist them on their journey.

Our program does not use medications and no injections. It is a highly effective, safe, and sustainable program. We use healthy eating habits combined with healthy lifestyle to achieve the results patients desire. Our patients are able to keep the weight off long-term as we teach them throughout their journey on how to maintain their weight loss.

Responsibilities:

• Perform free consultations
• Instruct prospects on the program
• Monitor and evaluate patient’s progress
• Offer advice and support to patients when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all discussions and interactions with patients
• Participate in training, seminars, conferences and other opportunities for learning about healthcare and providing services to patients

Skills

• Excellent personality with a strong desire to help people
• A love for helping and motivating people to take action and a love for helping people achieve their weight loss goals
• Basic understanding of carbohydrates, fats and proteins
• Excellent knowledge of communication methods (texting, phone calls, emails) and the ability to build trusting relationships
• Proficiency in English
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures is a plus but not required
• Knowledge and/or sales experience is a plus but not required

Pay

Hourly plus monthly bonus
