Part-time Outside Sales Representative

Position Description:

Valpak of Northern Utah has a part-time/full-time outside sales position available in the Weber/Davis County area. We’re looking to hire and train a new print/digital marketing consultant to create and maintain new and existing customer relations. Our upbeat and friendly work environment is a great place for any outgoing personality type. Valpak is a business where emphasis is placed on building relationships with clients for a long term benefit.

Starting wage is commission plus potential base pay which depends on experience. Seasoned reps often earn in excess of $70K per year working approximately 20-25 hours a week. Prior sales experience appreciated, but not required. A comprehensive training program is provided and we offer a generous commission program. Not to mention Valpak offers an extremely flexible schedule, perfect for college students and or people who need to make their own schedule.

Position Responsibilities:

Representatives are responsible for acquiring and maintaining new accounts. For this position you will need to be comfortable meeting new people face to face, customer-focused, self-motivated, and proactive as well has having a basic knowledge of the internet and social media. Duties include: Cold Calling; Presenting to new prospects in-person and potentially on Zoom; Implementing direct mail and digital marketing campaigns; etc.
