Paint Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader with a strong work ethic and at least 4 years marine paint experience to supervise our New Construction Paint department. Our new construction paint department performs all fairing, priming, and top coat for our new construction projects. An eye for quality and attention to detail is imperative as we strive for perfection in every project. Ideal candidate will be a detailed individual who can ensure quality work, on budget and on time delivery of projects, and can get the best every member of their team. This is a hands-on position and the supervisor will be expected to contribute by completing projects as well.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Experience supervising, directing and motivating individuals toward the timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast paced work environment.
• Top coat spraying experience in the automotive, shipbuilding, aviation or aerospace fields.
• Experience working with Imron and Alexseal products is a definite plus.
• Demonstrated ability to create, manage and meet hours budgets.
• Experience training new painters and growing the abilities of experienced painters.
