Auto Spa Detailer

The Auto Spa Detailer is responsible for providing exceptional car cleaning and detailing services to customers to ensure their vehicles are spotless and well-maintained. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing exteriors, vacuuming and shampooing interiors, and cleaning windows, mirrors, and chrome surfaces.
- Apply appropriate products to maintain and protect the vehicle's appearance, such as paint sealants, polishes, and fabric and leather protectants.
- Use various tools and equipment, including pressure washers, steam cleaners, vacuums, and brushes, to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and inform the appropriate personnel of any maintenance or repair needs.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and ready for use.
- Interact with customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing recommendations for additional services as appropriate.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
- Stay updated on the latest car cleaning and detailing techniques and products to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in car cleaning, detailing, or related work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy equipment and vehicles.
- Familiarity with different types of vehicles and their cleaning requirements.
- Knowledge of car cleaning products and tools is a plus.
