Baldi Management Group is currently looking for Team Members to support the operations at our Auntie Annes franchise location at the Dulles International Airport in Loudoun County, Virginia.

The ideal candidate will provide an exceptional guest experience by adherence to quality, cleanliness, and service standards.

Here are the job qualifications we are looking for:

• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn tasks quickly and execute in a fast-paced setting
• Hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and possess good people skills
• Detail orientated and ability to multi-task
• One year or more of prior experience in the food service industry
• Basic Math competency
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Open availability (Holidays/nights, evening shifts, and weekends)
• Able to pass a 10-year Federal Criminal History Background Check

Your job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for following franchise and company standards, company policies and procedures as directed by management
• Greeting guests in a positive and professional manner to ensure exceptional guest experience
• Taking food orders from guests in a friendly manner
• Completing sales transactions on cash registers and ensuring accurate cash control
• Knowledge of menu items and responsible for the preparation of certain food items
• Delivering completed food orders to guests timely and confirming accuracy of orders
• Performs duties in multiple work areas, such as, the front counter, prep area, expediter, and other areas of the operations
• Responsible for the cleanliness of various areas of the operations, including food production and storage areas
