Form Washer: Monroe, Wisconsin
Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin has been making quality and traditional foods for over 100 years. They are seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Form Washer. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling cheese from coolers and delivering it to packaging lines, cleaning forms, running CIP systems, handling chemicals, and maintaining cleanliness in the area. Adherence to GMP, sanitation, safety, timekeeping, and personal conduct rules is essential.
Responsibilities of the Form Washer:
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and walkie forklift in tight spaces
- Stage cheese for packaging lines based on daily production schedules
- Conduct CIP verifications (e.g., Chemical concentrations, flow, time, and temperature)
- Communicate food safety-related issues to supervisors or managers
- Maintain facility and equipment in compliance with standards
- Follow SSOP’s on production tools and equipment
- Document sanitation and production checks
- Adhere to GMP’s, PPE’s, and chemical handling practices
- Maintain chemical usage and inventory adjustments
- Understand FIFO (First In First Out) system
- Complete Master Sanitation Schedules promptly
Form Washer Requirements and Qualifications:
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions consistently
- Proficient manual dexterity
- Sanitation experience in a food production environment
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to stand and walk for 4-10 hours per day
- Physically capable of lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 60 lbs.
Pay for Form Washer: Starting at $17.91/hour plus shift differentials.
