Responsibilities

  • Write initial estimate & open job order
  • Schedule repairs based on parts/backlog
  • Coordinate with Insurance Company
  • Customer Service / Phones / Email
  • Assist with Order Closing

Qualifications

  • Detail Orientation
  • Organizational Skills
  • Communication Skills
  • You must be self-motivated and come to work to work. 
  • 2 years estimating experience preferred
  • Proficient in the use of CCC estimating software.
  • State certified in unitized collision repair.
  • The ability to listen as much as you talk. We solve problems for customers!
  • Teachable and willing to try new processes
  • You must be a team player and be excited about growing the team's unity. 
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
